Hannah G. Clarke, PA-C

Hannah joined PENTA in July of 2014.  A native of North Carolina, Hannah is a graduate of Western Carolina University and worked as a hospital based Nutritionist prior to graduating from the Physician Assistant program at Wake Forest University School of Medicine.  Hannah is Board Certified by the American Academy of Physician Assistants.  In her spare time, Hannah enjoys gardening, Zumba, sailing and paddle-boarding.
