R. Denise Creef, PA-C

Denise joined PENTA in January of 2000.  She is a graduate of Appalachian State University and completed her Physician Assistant program at Wake Forest University.  Denise is Board Certified by the American Academy of Physician Assistants.  Denise and her husband, Tim, live in Winston-Salem.  She enjoys “antiquing”, sports of all types, aerobic exercise and is a huge Wake Forest basketball fan.
