
Kathryn specializes in pediatric audiology. She earned her Doctor of Audiology and Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics & Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and completed an internship in pediatric audiology at UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill, NC. As a graduate student, Kathryn completed the Leadership in Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) training program through the Carolina Institute for Developmental Disabilities. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology.
Kathryn pursued a career in audiology because she liked the combination of medicine and science with therapy and rehabilitation. She loves watching patients achieve academic and social success with their hearing technologies. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, reading, pickleball and traveling.
