
Michael joined PENTA in November 2024. He is a 2004 graduate of High Point University and completed his Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies at East Carolina University in 2007. He worked in pain management, orthopedic surgery and interventional radiology prior to joining PENTA. Michael is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Born and raised in Winston-Salem, Michael graduated from Bishop McGuinness High School in 1999. He and his wife Ashleigh share a blended family with his stepdaughter, Camdyn, and son, Miles. In his spare time, he enjoys coaching youth basketball, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Michael has an undying passion to serve the community he was raised in and finds joy in making a positive impact on people’s lives.
