Services Received Before July 1, 2026
If your visit occurred before July 1, 2026, please use the PENTA payment portal below.
Any outstanding balances for services provided by PENTA prior to July 1, 2026 remain your responsibility and should be paid through the PENTA payment system. PENTA’s billing accounts remain active to support the collection and reconciliation of balances for services rendered before the transition date.
Services Received on or After July 1, 2026
If your visit occurred on or after July 1, 2026, your care is now provided through CEENTA and billing is managed through myCEENTAchart.
