Dr. Garrett Casale, M.D.

Dr. Casale joined Piedmont Ear Nose and Throat Associates in August 2023. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia where he graduated summa cum laude with degrees in both biochemistry and genetics. He graduated from the University of Virginia School of Medicine and completed his otolaryngology residency at the University of Virginia. Following completion of residency, he completed his fellowship in neurotology/lateral skull base surgery at the Michigan Ear Institute. He is board certified in otolaryngology by the American Board of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery and board eligible in neurotology/lateral skull base surgery. Dr. Casale specializes in otologic and skull base surgery. His goal is to provide comprehensive otologic and audiologic care to his patients and improve access to hearing rehabilitation services to the community.
